Product Pro

Do you love the Porsche brand? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a first-class Product Pro to join us at Porsche Centre Tonbridge.

About the role and what we’re looking for

You’ll be our brand ambassador who spreads a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere towards Porsche Centre Tonbridge and its visitors. Being a product and technology expert, you will provide a customer-centric, fascinating experience, and create unexpected and personalized ‘wow moments’ within the customer journey.

The Product Pro ensures a personal, high-quality and exclusive customer care by conducting detailed need analysis & product explanations with the required time, to satisfy the customers desired information level, pre-qualification, enthusiasm and trust.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Being customer centric/fully focused on the customer. e.g. by impressing, and creating fascinating moments. Inspiring the customers enthusiasm for the Porsche brand and products during daily work.
  • Staying up to date on products, technologies (e.g. Connect) to provide the depth of knowledge required for customers and colleagues
  • Staying up to date on competitor products and technologies
  • Provide brand experiences to visitors by sharing unique insights about Porsche models, technologies, brand and history
  • Act as a brand ambassador. Inspire and ‘wow’ visitors
  • Carry out initial needs analysis and find out interests/specific preferences of the customers
  • Suggest relevant, suitable options for the customer based on their lifestyle and needs so they can decide
  • Become the expert and “go to person” for Connect in order to maximally support the Sales team
  • Explanation of innovative services (e-Mobility especially related to charging, Porsche Drive)
  • Always up to date on the latest Porsche technologies and trends
  • Involve the customers senses to impress and “wow”, explaining how things works, but recommending the customer try it out themselves to get the full experience
  • Utilize the showroom media in tech talks (e.g. showroom assistant, digital signage, VR applications, Porsche Centre App)
  • Configure and visualise the customer’s desired new car and offer personalization options
  • Explain features fully to ensure customers understand the added value
  • After initial consultation, hand the customer over to the Sales Consultant to ensure a seamless experience (e.g. with a short synopsis covering the important points gathered from the customer)
  • Act as a Product Expert and support Sales Consultants with more niche or specific customer questions (e.g. during presentation, test-drive or configuration phase)
  • Execution of test drive (support activities for the sales consultant) and detailed handover of the customer to the sales consultant. When required.
  • Prepare test drive car in advance (fuel, cleanliness, pre heat/cool down car in winter/summer, place refreshments, enter suitable radio channel and exciting test drive route in navigation system)
  • Preparation and execution of Masterclass (Connect activation, additional explanations and other services, if not done in the first delivery)
  • Be prepared and know the car/customer and their specific purchase information (bought the car when? Why this model and features?)
